From cold dark shell to vibrant pediatric office in less than three months. This project was awarded to Lake Murray Contracting, LLC (LMC) near the end of February 2008 because of our aggressive schedule and competitive bid package. The doctor's time line for an open house was mid-May 2008; an intimidating undertaking that some other contracting companies did not feel they would be able to meet. Faced with several obstacles including needing to re-plumb the entire 3,600 sqft building and with the help of a few of our select subcontractors, LMC was able to turn this shell with a concrete floor into a colorful office with hardwood floors and ceramic tile. The completed building includes nine (9) patient rooms, two (2) employee break areas, three (3) offices, an onsite lab, and a conference room.
